Part of providing reliable, quality lawn care and landscape service is by providing answers to common questions.  Below, please find examples of common questions we get.

When will my property be serviced?

 

Our team starts each morning at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 6:00 p.m. or until the job is completed.  But, not too late as not to disturb your neighbors.  

 

During the season when your grass grows more frequently, we will service your property bi-weekly or what has been arranged with our Company.

What if it rains?

 

Normally, when it rains, we will not mow your lawn.  We will re-schedule your service.

What type of payment do you accept?

 

Cash, check, debit/credit card.  Please Note:  a convenience fee will apply to all debit/credit card purchases.

How do I cancel? 

 

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us at least 2 days prior to your scheduled visit.

What if I need additional services?

 

If you require additional services, please let us know at least 2 days in adavance of your scheduled appointment so that we may accomodate previously scheduled customers.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you provide lawn bags (brown leaf bags)?

 

We provide the first 5 bags.  Any additional bags will be an extra fee.
